Hamas stated that it welcomed the joint statement issued by the foreign ministers of Turkey, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, and called on the mediators and the US administration to take urgent action to prevent Israel from undermining the ceasefire agreement.

CALL TO 'ACT URGENTLY'
In a written statement from Hamas, the countries that signed the joint statement following the ministerial meeting on Jerusalem hosted by Jordan yesterday were called upon to take "urgent and effective" steps to prevent Israel's attempts to undermine the ceasefire agreement, continue its attacks, and fail to fulfill its obligations arising from the agreement, as well as to the mediators and the US administration.
The statement noted that the joint declaration condemned Israel's ongoing violations in the Gaza Strip and drew attention to the risks of disrupting efforts to implement the second phase of the ceasefire agreement and derailing the political process.
"ISRAEL'S ATTACKS THREATEN THE FUTURE OF THE CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT"
The statement expressed that the joint declaration revealed that Israel's continued attacks and violations threaten the future of the ceasefire agreement, and pointed out that Palestinian groups have approached efforts to implement the agreement in a "positive and responsible" manner.
THEY ALSO ADDRESSED THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
The statement stated that the stance regarding the roadmap that would enable the implementation of the second phase of the ceasefire agreement was put forward with a "sense of national responsibility," and emphasized that Israel must be compelled to stop its violations and fulfill its obligations arising from the agreement.
In Hamas's statement, the international community was also called upon not to allow Israel to delay the implementation of the agreement and to create new facts on the ground.

Following the ministerial meeting on Jerusalem hosted by Jordan yesterday, Jordan, Algeria, Iraq, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Somalia, Palestine, Egypt, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Pakistan, and the General Secretariat of the Arab League issued a joint statement.
In the joint declaration published by the foreign ministers of 8 countries, Israel's targeting of health facilities and medical infrastructure in particular, its attacks on civilian residential areas, and the continued loss of civilian lives, including women and children, were described as a "grave violation of international law."
