In the Reyhanlı district of Hatay, 29-year-old truck driver Hüseyin Fırat's vehicle was hit by an Israeli missile in Iran. While Hüseyin Fırat was seriously injured in the burning truck, his mother requested that her son, who is being treated in Iran, be brought back to Turkey.

Hussein Firat, a truck driver from Hatay, began his return to Turkey after delivering a load he picked up in Istanbul to Afghanistan. On March 5, Hussein Firat, who entered Iran with 15 Turkish trucks, including his father Coşkun Firat, was hit by a missile fired from Israel. While passing through Qazvin province and heading towards the city of Zanjan, the truck driven by Hussein Firat caught fire after the attack. Hussein Firat, who was rescued from the truck with serious injuries, was treated at Zanjan Hospital. Other Turkish drivers escaped the attack without injury.

"THE SITUATION IS VERY SERIOUS"

Hussein Firat's mother, Hayriye Firat, stated that her son's health condition, who was treated at Zanjan Hospital, is serious and requested that he be brought to Turkey for treatment. Fırat mentioned that her husband and son were delivering cargo to Pakistan and were attacked with missiles in Iran on their return, saying, "My son and his father were hit by a missile while returning to Turkey with the same convoy. My son's health condition is very serious. Therefore, I want him to be brought to Turkey as soon as possible for treatment here. Like everyone else, he was just trying to earn a living. His vehicle was burned in the attack. We want our state officials to ensure he is brought to Turkey for treatment," she said.
