Hazal Subaşı and Ulaş Tuna Astepe's photo received a lot of reactions.

On October 4th, Friday, in Fatih, Istanbul, the poses given by Uraz Kaygılaroğlu's girlfriend for her exhibition came to the fore after 19-year-old Semih Çelik murdered Ayşenur Halil and İkbal Uzuner.

HE HAD TO MAKE A STATEMENT

After the highly criticized photos, the famous actor, who had to make a statement, said, "The exhibition was not mine. It was another artist's exhibition; I was just part of one of their works. It was exhibited on April 16th, and it was my then-girlfriend's first personal exhibition. I could not foresee where the reactions would lead, that they would lead to femicides. I experienced a mental block. I did not foresee how much it would trigger the dynamics and wounds of society, and I apologized afterward, but as far as I understand, that apology was not accepted either."

THERE WAS BACKLASH TO THAT PHOTO AS WELL

While femicides continue to be a topic of discussion, now the poses given by Hazal Subaşı and Ulaş Tuna Astepe among dismembered mannequin limbs have become the agenda. Many users stated that we have not learned anything and that the photo is disturbing.
