In the Akşehir district of Konya, a groom-to-be who went to an entertainment venue for a bachelor party beat his adversary to death with a stick. The groom, who was preparing to get married today, was sent to prison instead of the wedding hall.

According to the claim, a dispute between two groups at an entertainment venue for a reason not yet determined during the night hours quickly grew into a brawl. The groom, who was at a bachelor party, struck his adversary Burak Çınar on the head with a stick. Çınar collapsed to the ground as a result of the blow to his head. Those around reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. In the initial examination by health teams, it was determined that Burak Çınar had lost his life at the scene.
GROOM ARRESTED
Following the incident, extensive security measures were taken in the area where the entertainment venue is located. After the public prosecutor's examination at the scene, Burak Çınar's body was removed to the hospital morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities reported that the cause of Çınar's death would be confirmed after the forensic medical examination.
Following the incident, a comprehensive operation was launched by the Public Order Bureau teams of the Akşehir District Police Department. The teams quickly took into custody 4 suspects deemed to have been involved in the fight. The groom, who was preparing to get married today, was arrested and sent to prison.
