REVEALED UNDER GENDARMERIE CONTROL

Metan stated that he was stopped during a gendarmerie inspection while driving about three weeks ago, and he was informed during the identity check that he appeared as a draft dodger.

MILITARY STATUS TO BE CLARIFIED WITH HEALTH REPORT

Following this, Metan expressed that he applied to the military branch, and he was notified to undergo a medical examination at Ordu State Hospital, noting that his military status would be clarified with the health report.

"IF THE INSTITUTION SAYS 'GO', I WILL SERVE MY MILITARY DUTY LIKE A LION"

Ali Osman Metan said, "If I am told 'you will go to the military', I will go; it is not a problem for me. I love my country, and I will fulfill my duty. I have some health issues, and I am waiting for the decision of the committee. If an unfit report is given, there will be no need to go anyway. But if the institution says 'you will go', I will gladly go and serve my military duty like a lion. I love my country very much," he said.
