The 11th Judicial Package was accepted in the Justice Commission with partial amendments. While the scope of eviction in Article 27 regarding the COVID regulation has been narrowed, offenders of intentional murder, sexual assault, and child abuse against women and children will not be released. On the other hand, the regulation foresees up to 30 years of imprisonment for gang and organization leaders who exploit children.
