Ramazan Zıh confessed that he fired 6 shots at Esat Çelik with the hunting rifle he brought with him. According to the information obtained, Ramazan Zıh, who is engaged in farming, encountered Esat Çelik, whom he claimed harassed his wife N.Z., 40 years old, and blackmailed her by taking inappropriate images of her, in the olive grove area. The argument between them turned into a fight after a while. Ramazan Zıh fired 6 shots at Esat Çelik with the hunting rifle he brought with him. While Çelik collapsed on the ground covered in blood, Ramazan Zıh reported himself by calling the emergency line 112. Upon the notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Zıh surrendered to the arriving gendarmerie teams, while the medical teams performed the initial intervention on Çelik. Despite all the interventions performed at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital, Çelik, who was severely injured, could not be saved. "HE WAS TALKING BADLY ABOUT MY WIFE"Ramazan Zıh, who was taken to the police station by the gendarmerie teams, stated in his statement, "He has been harassing my wife through messages since 2019. We have previously filed a criminal complaint against him. When he continued to send messages, I wanted to talk to him. When I went to him, he insulted me. When I fired into the air to scare him, I unintentionally caused his death. Çelik, who has psychological problems, wanted to involve me and my family in his bad deeds. When my wife went out, he took photos and videos of her and sent them to my son, blackmailing us. When he said he would share the images belonging to my wife on social media, I lost control. He was also talking badly about my wife in the village we live in. Esat Çelik sent my son G.Z. the images of my wife via social media and threatened us," he said. After his statement at the police station, Ramazan Zıh was arrested and sent to prison.
