It is clear that what has been described is not true, and as reflected in the case file, the attacker went to the scene with the intent to kill. The victim was attacked despite having his 3-year-old child with him. There is no aspect of the defendant's actions that can be justified in any way. It is evident that the defendant made this statement to benefit from the provocation provisions. We will continue our legal struggle to ensure that the attacker receives the heaviest penalty possible," he stated.
