A chilling femicide occurred in the Nusaybin district of Mardin. A 66-year-old man stabbed and killed his 68-year-old bedridden wife, Asya Cebe, following an argument for reasons not yet determined. The suspect husband was taken into custody by police teams.
A fight broke out between S.C. and his bedridden wife, Asya Cebe, for reasons not yet known, in an apartment in the Yenişehir neighborhood of Nusaybin district in Mardin.
HE MURDERED HIS BEDRIDDEN WIFE
During the argument, 66-year-old S.C. stabbed his wife. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the address upon the report of neighbors who heard the sounds coming from the house. It was determined that 68-year-old Asya Cebe lost her life in the examination carried out by the medical teams.
After the examination, Asya Cebe's body was taken to the morgue of Nusaybin State Hospital. It was stated that after the preliminary autopsy to be performed there, the body would be sent to Mardin Training and Research Hospital for detailed autopsy procedures.

On the other hand, S.C. was taken into custody by police teams after the incident.
