HE STARTED ARGUING WITH HIS FATHER
The incident occurred around 23:00 on the ground floor of an 8-story apartment building on Battal Gazi Boulevard in Selçuklu Neighborhood of Melikgazi district in Kayseri.
According to information obtained, an argument broke out between Süleyman D. and his son A.D. for a reason not yet determined. During the argument, which quickly escalated, A.D. stabbed his father in various parts of his body.
HE TOOK MEDICATION AFTER STABBING HIS FATHER
While Süleyman D., who was seriously injured, collapsed on the ground in a pool of blood, A.D. attempted suicide by taking medication after the incident.
Upon the neighbors who heard the noises coming from the apartment notifying authorities, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address.
THE FATHER LOST HIS LIFE
During the check made by medical teams, it was determined that Süleyman D. had lost his life. A.D., who attempted suicide by taking medication, was taken to Kayseri City Hospital by ambulance after first aid at the scene.
