Moments of attention were experienced at the Colombian Congress. Catherine Juvinao, a representative of the Colombian Green Alliance Party, was caught on camera using an electronic cigarette despite it being prohibited.

Just as the health reform was being discussed, Juvinao, who was seen smoking an electronic cigarette, was at a loss for what to do. The Colombian Congress member quickly hid the electronic cigarette but failed to conceal the smoke she exhaled.
