The Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) sentenced Mahmut Uslu to 15 days of deprivation of rights and a fine of 2.5 million TL.
The Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) fined Fenerbahçe Club General Secretary Mahmut Uslu 15 days of deprivation of rights and a 2.5 million TL monetary penalty.
WHAT DID MAHMUT USLU SAY?
The decision is based on Uslu's statements made after the match where Fenerbahçe lost 2-1 away to Gençlerbirliği in the first week of the Trendyol Super League. Speaking after the match, Mahmut Uslu reacted strongly to the refereeing. Uslu, who argued that two penalties for Fenerbahçe were not awarded in the match, particularly noted that Talisca's handball in the penalty area warranted a penalty and a red card.
"WE WILL DO WHATEVER COMES TO MIND"
The most striking part of Mahmut Uslu's statements was his remarks about "measures." Uslu said, "Let these things not happen anymore, we will take every kind of measure," and when asked what he meant by these words, he said, "We will do whatever comes to your mind. Whatever you can think of, no one should mess with Fenerbahçe regarding the league anymore."
PENALTY FROM THE PFDK
Due to these statements, the PFDK imposed a 15-day deprivation of rights and a 2.5 million TL fine on Uslu.
