Chilling details have emerged regarding the murder of 21-year-old Hatice Çınar, who was shot and killed by her neighbor Murat Açıkgöz in the Çubuk district of Ankara. It has been determined that Açıkgöz stayed with Çınar's body for a day before taking his own life.

My daughter was entering the house with bags, and he followed her in. He hid and waited for my daughter to arrive. You are a 50-year-old man, what did you want from my daughter? If my daughter had told us, we wouldn't have let it happen; she never said anything before. When she didn't come to work, her friends got suspicious and went to check. They called the police, and the incident happened. We found out a day later."

Her brother-in-law Tarık Gökalp said they received the news of Hatice's death by phone, stating, "When we heard about the incident, we couldn't believe it. According to the police, she was killed a day earlier. The man had been following her. Hatice came home around 7:00 PM, and there was quite a struggle inside the house. The gun went off twice. We couldn't understand how no one in the building heard all that struggle and the gunshots. This is not humanity. The man killed Hatice and then killed himself the next day. He stayed with the corpse for a day and then shot himself.
My daughter struggled with him for hours, and the gun went off; how could no one hear? May no child, no parent ever suffer. She was only 21, at the age to get married, and now she's gone. She didn't tell anyone anything. If she had told someone in the family, we would have intervened; but she said nothing. She was a very good person, she wouldn't harm anyone. She was a kind-hearted, charitable person," he expressed.
