Boluspor, one of the Trendyol 1st League teams, agreed with American Technical Director Daniel Farrar, bringing a foreign coach to the helm for the first time in 40 years.

BOLUSPOR GETS A FOREIGN COACH AFTER 40 YEARS
The red-white management has signed an official contract with American coach Daniel Farrar, who spent most of his career at South American clubs. With this move, the Bolu team has brought a foreign coach to the helm for the first time in 40 years.
In a statement from the club regarding the matter, the 40-year-old coach's career achievements were highlighted, with the following expressions: "Daniel Farrar, born on November 8, 1985, in Los Angeles, United States, spent a significant part of his managerial career in South America. Having worked at various clubs in Paraguay, Venezuela, and Bolivia, Farrar led his team to the top league by winning the championship with River Plate Asuncion (Paraguay) in 2018. In 2019, he finished the league in second place with 12 de Octubre (Paraguay) and once again achieved promotion to the top league."
In the final part of the statement, it was also reminded that Farrar, who most recently coached the Bolivian representative Club Aurora, took part in three different CONMEBOL Copa Sudamericana organizations at the helm of River Plate (Paraguay), Sol de America (Paraguay), and Club Aurora.
