Horror in Manisa! Found with legs cut off.

An investigation has been launched into the cat corpse with severed legs found in the Şehzadeler district of Manisa. Upon receiving a report of a cat corpse with severed legs in the garden of the emergency health services station in Adnan Menderes Neighborhood, the Provincial Police Department's Public Security Branch, Animal Welfare Monitoring Branch, and Şehzadeler District Agriculture Directorate teams were dispatched to the scene. During the veterinary examination, it was determined that all four legs of the cat had been severed from the joints with a cutting tool. The police have initiated an investigation to apprehend the suspect(s).
