The Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch of the Provincial Police Department initiated an investigation upon receiving a tip-off that irregularities would be made using devices that transmit sound and image in the driver's license exam to be held at the e-exam center in the city.
After technical and physical surveillance, the teams that organized the operation caught M.H.Y, who prepared the mechanism, outside the exam center, and A.M, who took the exam, red-handed with the cheating device. LEGAL ACTION INITIATED During the search of the suspects, a camera, headphones, microphone, tweezers, modem, and sound transmission device were seized. Legal action has been initiated against the detained suspects for "violation of the Law on Measurement, Selection, and Placement Center Services."
