The war between the US-Israel and Iran continues on its 25th day, while a missile attack carried out by Iran today has once again raised alarms in Tel Aviv. According to reports from the Associated Press, a missile fired from Iran hit the center of Tel Aviv; buildings were damaged in the attack, but initial reports indicate that there were no casualties or serious injuries. At the same time, sirens sounded in the area, air defense systems were activated, and extensive security measures were taken in the city.
SMOKE COVERED THE SKY
Images serviced from the region revealed the destruction caused by the attack. The footage shows that at least several vehicles in a narrow residential street were heavily damaged, some vehicles were completely burned, thick black smoke was rising into the sky, and the road was covered with large pieces of debris. As the camera moved forward, signs of structural damage due to breaking, peeling, and explosion pressure were noticeable on the facades of nearby apartment buildings.
The footage also captures moments when teams arriving at the scene were trying to create a security cordon, some individuals were preparing to intervene by approaching the point where the fire spread, and civilians in the area were watching the damage in shock. Another striking element is that the vehicles parked on the street appeared to be rendered unusable not only by shrapnel or direct contact but also by the pressure of the explosion and the subsequent fire. The images reveal that a single impact at one point caused a chain reaction of damage in the surrounding area.
US-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28 while negotiations were ongoing between the Tehran and Washington administrations. Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, in addition to Israel. In the US-Israel attacks, numerous high-ranking officials, including Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, were killed. According to Iranian officials, the death toll from the US-Israel attacks has exceeded 1,443, and the number of injured has surpassed 17,000.
