As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 3 out of 5 suspects, including Mine Tozlu Biçer, the Chairwoman of Marka Investment Holding, were arrested, while 2 suspects were released under judicial control.
Simultaneous operations were carried out in Istanbul, Adana, and Hatay as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. During the operations, Mine Tozlu Biçer, the Chairperson of Marka Investment Holding, along with Aynur Büyükdağ, Yusuf Duman, Hüseyin Güzeldün, and Ahmet Al were taken into custody.
3 SUSPECTS ARRESTED
After their procedures at the police station, the suspects Mine Tozlu Biçer, Aynur Büyükdağ, and Ahmet Al were brought before the court for a request for arrest at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan.
The peace criminal court decided to arrest the aforementioned 3 suspects. The other suspects, Yusuf Duman and Hüseyin Güzeldün, were released under judicial control conditions.
STATEMENT FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
In a statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that an investigation was initiated against the suspects for establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime, being a member of a criminal organization, qualified fraud, and money laundering of assets derived from crime, as part of the work carried out by the Office for the Prevention of the Financing of Terrorism and Money Laundering.

While the evaluation of the findings obtained within the scope of the investigation continues, it has been learned that the judicial process related to the incident is ongoing.
