In the Akşehir district of Konya, Hasan Hüseyin Ş., who came with a shotgun to the coffeehouse of a person with whom he was feuding, opened fire indiscriminately after an argument broke out. İbrahim Aktaş (33), one of the customers hit by the pellets, who worked in Kocaeli and had come to his hometown on leave to see his family, lost his life, and Musa Yaşar was injured. The fleeing attacker was caught by police at a workplace he entered.

HE CAME TO THE COFFEEHOUSE OF THE PERSON HE HAD A FEUD WITH
The incident occurred around 15.30 at a coffeehouse belonging to F.Ş. on 24 Ağustos Boulevard in Yeni Mahalle. Hasan Hüseyin Ş. came to the coffeehouse of F.Ş., with whom he had a feud, carrying a hunting shotgun. An argument broke out between the parties. Hasan Hüseyin Ş. opened fire randomly with the shotgun after the argument. The pellets from the shotgun hit customers İbrahim Aktaş and Musa Yaşar. The attacker quickly fled the coffeehouse after the incident.
CAUGHT WHILE FLEEING
Following a report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. İbrahim Aktaş, one of the injured, lost his life. Musa Yaşar was taken to Akşehir State Hospital by ambulance. Hasan Hüseyin Ş. was also caught by police teams at a workplace he randomly entered while fleeing.
HE HAD COME TO HIS HOMETOWN ON LEAVE
The lifeless body of Aktaş, who was learned to have been working in Kocaeli and to have come to his hometown on leave to see his family, was taken to the morgue of the same hospital for an autopsy.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
