In the investigation of fake invoices targeting financial advisors conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 21 out of 32 individuals who were detained have been arrested. 11 others were released under judicial control.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated a 'fake invoice' investigation targeting financial advisors, resulting in the detention of 32 individuals, of whom 21 were ordered to be arrested and 11 were placed under judicial control by the Magistrate Court.
OPERATION AGAINST FINANCIAL ADVISORS
According to a statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office the day before yesterday, operations were conducted against 43 individuals, including one sworn financial advisor, 25 financial advisors, and 11 executives of Demir Group Companies, Cavıtech Maritime Inc., and Ses Contracting Construction Inc., who are alleged to have caused public harm by using 'fake invoices'.
21 PEOPLE ARRESTED
Of the suspects, 32 were referred to the court for arrest, while 5 were referred for judicial control. The Magistrate Court ordered the arrest of 21 out of the 32 individuals and placed 11 under judicial control.
