Sadettin Saran, who stated that "It appears that a perception operation is being carried out against me," emphasized that publications violating personal rights and press ethics regarding private life have severely infringed upon his personality rights, announcing that a legal process will be initiated immediately regarding this content.

"It is evident that a perception operation is being carried out against me through images and shares that have been intentionally circulated again via WhatsApp; these have been repeatedly denied for years and have been clearly and definitively shown to have no relation to me.
Despite the fact that it has been proven multiple times that the person in the mentioned video and content is not me, the re-circulation of these materials today constitutes a clear character assassination. My lawyers will file a criminal complaint against all individuals and organizations that disseminate and facilitate the spread of this defamatory content.
Furthermore, the writings and comments that appeared today in some media outlets, which are entirely related to private life, are clearly contrary to the law and press ethics, meaning a severe violation of personality rights. Necessary legal processes will also be initiated immediately regarding these publications." he stated.
