A fire broke out in agricultural land near Taşçılar village in the central district after a bird struck electrical wires. Upon notification, teams from the Bilecik Forest Management Directorate and Bilecik Municipality were dispatched to the scene.
EXTINGUISHED WITH DIFFICULTY
Villagers also supported the extinguishing efforts with water tankers. The flames were brought under control with 2 helicopters, 6 water tenders, and 6 service vehicles. Cooling operations continue in the area.
