The reckless driver, during the escape maneuver, hit a police officer at the barricade, causing injury. Continuing at full speed, the car struck a motorcycle on the street moments later. Due to the impact, N.Ç.K. and B.K. on the motorcycle were thrown and lightly injured. The driver, with no intention of stopping, hit another car on the escape route and tried to disappear.
ABANDONED THE CAR AND FLED, POLICE CAUGHT HIM RED-HANDED
Following radio announcements, numerous backup police teams were dispatched to the area, effectively establishing a blockade. After a brief chase, the terrorizing car was found abandoned in a side street. Teams conducting extensive searches in the area identified the driver as 19-year-old A.Y. and caught him red-handed at his hiding spot, taking him into custody.

A.Y., taken to the District Police Department, was found to have 0.66 promil alcohol in his breathalyzer test. The young driver was fined a total of 330,000 TL for various rule violations, primarily "Endangering traffic safety," "Disobeying stop warning," and "Driving under the influence." The luxury vehicle used in the incident was impounded for 60 days and towed to the lot. After completing police procedures, A.Y. was referred to judicial authorities.
