Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Akın Gürlek held a press conference for the first time to announce the indictment against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB). The indictment, which consists of 3,900 pages, requests a prison sentence of up to 2,352 years for Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is described as an organized crime leader. Six individuals are mentioned as organized crime leaders in the indictment: Fatih Keleş, Murat Ongun, Ertan Yıldız, Murat Gülibrahimoğlu, Adem Soytekin, and Hüseyin Gün.
The Chief Public Prosecutor of Istanbul, Akın Gürlek, announced the İBB indictment at a press conference with journalists. It was noted that the indictment consists of 3,900 pages, contains 402 suspects, and includes 143 actions. A prison sentence ranging from 828 years to 2,352 years was requested for Ekrem İmamoğlu.

Chief Prosecutor Akın Gürlek stated, "In the introduction of the indictment, we explained the structure and diagram of the criminal organization. There are six organization leaders. The majority of the digital evidence has been resolved. Since Ekrem İmamoğlu is an organization leader, he is also held responsible for the crimes of other individuals."
6 ORGANIZATION LEADERS
Among the suspects against whom a public case has been opened, 99 are members of the organization (1 is the founder and leader of the organization, suspect Ekrem İMAMOĞLU, 6 are organization leader suspects Fatih KELEŞ, Murat ONGUN, Ertan YILDIZ, Murat GÜLİBRAHİMOĞLU, Adem SOYTEKİN, and Hüseyin GÜN, and 92 are organization members), while the remaining individuals are not members of the organization but are in positions committing related crimes.
