ALLEGATIONS AGAINST FATİH KELEŞ AND ZAFER KELEŞ

Fatih Keleş, who was arrested following the first wave of operations against the IBB and is referred to as the 'cashier', was at the forefront of the bribery allegations. Unidentified sources of money were seized during searches conducted at Fatih Keleş's office in Florya, which was at the center of money counting footage. Additionally, it was claimed that the presidential residence of the IBB in Florya was also used as an office by Fatih Keleş. The prosecutor's office, which deepened the investigation, had also issued a detention order for Zafer Keleş as a 'suspect'. The reason was the allegation that Zafer Keleş delivered a large amount of money to certain addresses.
