In the case regarding the death of 4-year-old Leyla Aydemir, who went missing in Ağrı in 2018 and whose lifeless body was found 18 days later, the court decided to hear mother Şükran Aydemir again tomorrow. The arrested defendant Yusuf Aydemir remains in custody.

MOTHER TO BE RE-HEARD BY THE COURT

The trial process continues in the case concerning the death of 4-year-old Leyla Aydemir, who went missing in the Bezirhane village of Ağrı and whose lifeless body was found in a stream bed 18 days later. In the latest hearing of the case, which was reopened following the Court of Cassation's reversal decision, the court panel decided to re-hear mother Şükran Aydemir in order to clarify certain issues in the file. 

DETAINED UNCLE'S DETENTION CONTINUES

The panel also ruled for the continuation of the detention of the detained defendant Yusuf Aydemir and adjourned the hearing to June 11.

In this context, the new hearing of the case will be held tomorrow at the Ağrı 1st Heavy Penal Court. It is not yet clear whether Leyla Aydemir's family, who attended the last session without a lawyer, will be represented by a lawyer in tomorrow's hearing.
