AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik said, "Occupation, expansionism, coveting other countries' lands are synonymous with the Netanyahu government. By declaring new settlements that we can call 'political robbery,' they are usurping the lands of Palestinians."
AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik, in a press conference held after the party's Central Executive Committee meeting, evaluated developments on the agenda and answered journalists' questions.
Reacting to statements made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and cabinet members following President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's address at the Turkish Grand National Assembly Group Meeting, Çelik stated that the Israeli administration closely monitors Turkey.
Çelik said, "They make delusional statements just minutes after our President's speeches. From this, we understand that they are closely monitoring the group speeches."
"NO ONE BELIEVES THE LIES OF THE GENOCIDE NETWORK"
Criticizing Netanyahu's characterization of the murderous Israeli army as a "moral army," Çelik continued: "First, there is a statement in what Netanyahu said. He says, 'The Israeli army is the most moral army in the world.' That is the biggest lie in the world. The expression he used in that statement is that there is no one on earth who believes that the army committing genocide in Gaza is a moral army. In fact, if not affected by the disease of Zionism, there is not a single Jew on earth who would believe that army is moral in the face of the genocide it committed in Gaza. This massacre—the genocide in Gaza, the attack on Iran, the massacres in Lebanon—constitutes the most immoral, most ruthless, and greatest crimes in the world.
"OUR KURDISH BROTHERS DID NOT SIDE WITH THIS MURDEROUS NETWORK"
Therefore, by characterizing the Israeli army—the armed force carrying out these massacres and genocide—as the most moral army in the world in the very first sentence, the worthlessness, lack of quality, and complete absence of any moral value of his statement are clearly evident. Secondly, he accuses Turkey of committing genocide against Kurds. This is, of course, a piece of black propaganda he frequently uses. This has an inherent pain: when they attacked Iran, they tried to use our Kurdish brothers in Iran and Iraq as mercenaries for themselves. Our Kurdish brothers in Iraq and Iran, wisely standing on the right side of history, did not side with this murderous network.
Therefore, he constantly tries to pursue a policy of pitting our Kurdish brothers against Turkey. He does this with some Arabs, our Druze brothers, our Nusayri brothers, our Alevi brothers, and he tries to do it with some of our Shia brothers. No one believes the lies of this murderous network anymore. When we say genocide, the network that comes to mind is the Netanyahu network.
"THE REAL EXPANSIONIST IS THE DELUSION OF 'PROMISED LAND'"
Another issue is what some of their ministers said regarding the statement made by our Interior Minister. First of all, it must be stated that they are trying to label our Interior Minister's statement as expansionism, occupationism, or conquestism. It has nothing to do with this. Our Interior Minister expressed the love for Jerusalem residing in the heart of every Muslim. The love for Jerusalem holds a unique and singular place in the heart of every Muslim, and here our Interior Minister expressed it symbolically, revealing the expression of that love for Jerusalem in his own heart through those symbolic statements. If we are to talk about occupationism, conquestism, or expansionism, this is a matter that constantly comes to the fore with the 'Promised Land' delusions of the Netanyahu government. Look, when these matters first started, they talked about establishing the David Corridor, they talked about the Promised Land. By exploiting all the values of the Torah for their own political genocide, they tried to use many religious concepts for this purpose.
Therefore, occupationism, conquestism, and coveting other countries' lands are synonymous with the Netanyahu government. Now they occupy Gaza, and the second phase cannot be initiated. They are trying to do the same in the West Bank. By announcing new settlements, which we might call 'political theft,' they usurp Palestinian lands. They occupied Lebanon up to the Litani River, displacing Lebanese citizens from that region. Then they accuse us of occupationism and expansionism. The occupier and expansionist is the Netanyahu government.
Drawing those meanings from our Interior Minister's words is highly irrational. Our Interior Minister, with a certain symbolism, expressed the love for Jerusalem that every Muslim holds in their heart. Our view on this is clear, our government's view is clear. Within the framework of the 1967 United Nations resolutions, based on the 1967 borders, we advocate for a united, integrated, independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, and this view of ours is compatible with United Nations parameters and international law.
"IT IS SAD THAT THE OPPOSITION IS ON THE SAME WAVELENGTH AS ISRAEL"
Of course, what is sad here is that some opposition groups within the country are addressing this issue on the same wavelength as the language used by those genocidal ministers of the Netanyahu government. This is an extremely regrettable situation. Please, let those opposition groups look at the statements of that genocidal minister in Israel, then place their own statements side by side and confront how this parallelism emerged, what its political consequences are, and what its moral consequences are.
MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS: NETANYAHU'S LIES TO COVER UP THE FACTS CANNOT CONCEAL THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE GRAVE CRIMES HE HAS COMMITTED

Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran, in a post on his social media account regarding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statements, stated that it is a complete impertinence for an administration and leader with a history full of shame and immorality—one that has killed tens of thousands of civilians in Gaza and the West Bank for decades, doomed children to starvation, razed cities, and disregarded international law—to attempt to give moral lessons to Turkey.
Communications Director Duran stated: "It is one of the greatest inconsistencies in history that those tried at the International Court of Justice on charges of genocide in Gaza are trying to slander Turkey, the conscience of humanity, and disrespectfully target our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the voice of the oppressed. Slander and propaganda cannot change the facts. The calumnies of a mentality convicted in the conscience of humanity can neither alter Turkey's stance nor the truth. Under the leadership of our President, Turkey will continue to be the voice of the oppressed, defend the truth, and stand against the oppressor."

Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek also stated: "The insolent remarks targeting our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, by Binyamin Netanyahu, who rains bombs on children, women, and innocent civilians in Gaza and stands convicted in the common conscience of humanity, are null and void."

Emphasizing that Erdoğan most strongly defends the rightful cause of the Palestinian people, the rights of the oppressed, and the conscience of humanity, Gürlek stated that those who remain silent in the face of the events in Gaza will be written into the dark pages of history.
Gürlek underlined that Netanyahu and his murder network will sooner or later account for their crimes against humanity before an independent judiciary, and stated that Turkey, as in the past, will continue to raise the strongest voice for law, justice, and humanity today.
