AFTER THE FEBRUARY 6 EARTHQUAKES, IT BECAME COMPLETELY FREE
Located at the 6th kilometer of the Siverek-Adıyaman highway, the foundation of the facility was laid 5 years ago. After the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, it became completely free of charge. Since that day, it has become a frequent stop for the local people and drivers using the road.
24-HOUR SERVICE
The facility offers tea and soup 24 hours a day. Guests can take food to their tables as they wish and spend time comfortably as if they were at home. In addition to food and beverages, horseback riding opportunities are also provided. Thanks to the small animal area created for children, families have the chance to give their children an experience intertwined with nature.
DREW INSPIRATION FROM VILLAGE CULTURE
Philanthropist Remzi Asal stated that he drew inspiration for the project from village culture, saying, "In the past, there would be a one-day offering in villages; we made this permanent. After the earthquake, I made everything free. Here, money definitely doesn't work. Whatever is in the cupboards, everyone can take and consume. Even if I'm not here, people use this place freely as if it were their own home. We also provide accommodation for those stranded on the road," he said.

Eren Öngör, a coach from Şanlıurfa Youth Sports who benefits from the facility, stated that they often stop by with cyclists, saying, "We always stop here when going to Mount Nemrut or Adıyaman. Tea, soup, and all food are free. I have never seen a place like this anywhere else in Turkey. The people of Siverek should be proud of this project," he expressed.
"THIS PLACE GIVES PEACE TO PEOPLE"
Mohsin Bilgen, who discovered the facility during the earthquake period, stated that it has become not only a resting place but also a cultural meeting point. Bilgen said, "From the proverbs on the wooden signs to the conversations, this place gives peace to people. In addition to free offerings, there is also accommodation available. If a café project with books is added here in the future, it will become an even more valuable place. I definitely stop by at least once a week and recommend it to everyone," he said.
