RETIREE RAISE RATE ANNOUNCED
The inflation data from the first five months of the year had already revealed a significant portion of the salary increase.
With the announcement of the June inflation, the raise rate to be applied to the salaries of SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees was also finalized. The retirement raise was calculated at 17.76 percent.
CIVIL SERVANTS AND RETIRED CIVIL SERVANTS TO RECEIVE INFLATION DIFFERENCE
Salary increases for civil servants and retired civil servants are calculated by taking into account collective agreement provisions and the inflation difference. In this context, civil servants will receive a 7 percent raise for the second half of the year due to the collective agreement. If the inflation for the first six months exceeds the rate determined in the collective agreement, the resulting inflation difference will be added to the salaries. The civil servant salary raise was 13.52 percent.
