In the Sulkent project, which applies an interest-free financing model, apartments are offered to citizens with a 30-month installment opportunity at the upfront price. The application process has begun for a limited number of apartments released for sale during the launch.
"NO INTEREST, NO INSTALLMENT DIFFERENCE" Stating that they offer the opportunity to become a homeowner with an interest-free payment plan, Sultanbeyli Mayor Ali Tombaş said, "We implemented our Sulkent project to make it easier for our fellow citizens to become homeowners without getting involved in interest. We started the application process for our project, which we realized in collaboration with our municipality's subsidiary company Sulkon and Luxera GYO. We put our 2+1 and 3+1 apartments on sale with zero interest and fixed payment options. Our fellow citizens can own a home with a 30-month installment plan at the upfront price. There are no commission fees or inflation adjustments on installments. Because our goal is for our fellow citizens to have access to a quality, safe, and comfortable living space with an interest-free payment plan. Our project is located very close to the Northern Marmara Highway, green areas, educational, health, social, cultural, and sports facilities. I invite everyone dreaming of becoming a homeowner not to miss this opportunity and to apply" he said.
30% DOWN PAYMENT, 30 EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS The project, built on an area of approximately 16,000 square meters in Battalgazi Mahallesi, includes 445 apartments and 13 commercial units. A 30% down payment will be made, and the remainder will be divided into 30 equal monthly installments. Applications for apartments offered at advantageous launch prices can be made through Sulkent's official website. A non-refundable application fee of 10,000 TL will be deposited for applications submitted without any preconditions.
LAST APPLICATION DATE: JUNE 30 Applications will be accepted between June 19 and June 30. The rightful owners will be determined through a draw ceremony held before a notary on July 4. A reserve list will also be created for possible cancellations. Citizens whose names are not drawn in the lottery will have their application fees refunded.
