The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office summoned Alptürk Enginyurt, son of New Party Deputy Cemal Enginyurt, and Mehmet Sedat Erge for testimony on charges of 'endangering public health' and 'money laundering'.
The Istanbul Republic Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Financial Crimes Investigation Bureau, within the scope of the ongoing investigation, summoned Alptürk Enginyurt, son of New Party Deputy Cemal Enginyurt, and his associate Mehmet Sedat Erge, as suspects for questioning regarding the charges of 'endangering public health' and 'money laundering'.
ALLEGATION OF "SALE OF PERFORMANCE ENHANCERS AND BANNED SUBSTANCES"
The tip-off information that led to the start of the investigation has also been included in the case file.
Accordingly, there are allegations that through a sports center named "Red GYM" operating in Ankara, protein powder, performance-enhancing products, and various banned substances were sold off the books, outside the registration and inspection systems of relevant public institutions.
