Addressing all people deeply committed to universal values such as peace, justice, and human dignity, regardless of religion, ethnicity, or nationality, Bagaei said, "While Iran and the US were conducting diplomatic negotiations, the US and Israel, for the second time in less than a year, launched a war of aggression against our country on February 28, 2026. This is not merely a war over territory, resources, or geopolitics. This is a war that will define the meaning of 'good' and 'evil' in our era and in the future." Emphasizing that what Iran is drawn into is not an ordinary war, Bagaei reminded, "On one side are those who take pleasure in violating every law of war and basic human dignity, those who commit murder for entertainment, those who kill children to torment their families, those who fire the latest missiles at women's gyms just to test their destructive power. This is a war between those who boast about torpedoing unarmed ships 'for more fun' and those who make extraordinary efforts to protect innocent lives."
