As tensions rise between the US and Iran, Iran responded to Trump's harsh threats; while the parties continue to escalate their standoff, the Tehran administration has closed diplomatic channels with Washington.

As developments in the Iran war, which has been ongoing for 39 days, are closely monitored worldwide, tensions are rising in the Middle East. Mutual missile attacks and harsh statements are drawing attention.

ALL DIPLOMATIC CHANNELS ARE CLOSED

U.S. President Donald Trump made a striking statement, saying, “Tonight, a great civilization will be destroyed and will never be brought back.” The Iranian Revolutionary Guards responded to this threat with the statement, “If the U.S. crosses red lines, our response will extend beyond the region.” While mutual escalations continue, it has been announced that Iran has closed all diplomatic channels with the U.S.

ATTACK ON RAILWAY BRIDGE

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the U.S. and Israel have carried out an attack on one of the railway bridges near the city of Zanjan in Iran. In a report based on the statement from the Zanjan Governorship, Iranian state television stated, "An attack was carried out on the railway bridge located between Zanjan and Miyane, 335 kilometers away from Tehran." Following the attack, damage occurred on the railway line.

It was also noted that the U.S.-Israel targeted areas near the city of Qom.

While attacks targeting civilian infrastructure in Iran continue, the Israeli army had announced that it would target railway infrastructure in Iran.
