According to a written statement from the ministry, 9,250 injured soldiers have been admitted to the rehabilitation service since October 7. Half of these soldiers are young people under the age of 30, and 70% of them are reserve soldiers. 3,600 of these soldiers are experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder.

According to the data from the Rehabilitation Unit, due to ongoing conflicts, over 1,000 new injuries are brought in every month. Of the soldiers injured in the conflicts in Gaza, 35% experience psychological problems, 37% are injured in their limbs, 9% in their internal organs, 7% in their spine, and 12% in their head, cheek, and nose. 51% of these are young people under the age of 30, and 31% are individuals between the ages of 30 and 40.
