Avrupakent GYO announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has put up for sale the 26-story Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM İstanbul hotel, located on the TEM Highway in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. It was stated that the hotel, with 141 rooms and 440 beds, has a value of 1 billion 939 million 140 thousand liras excluding VAT, and to complete the sale process, the lease agreement with the current operator has been terminated, with a deadline set for the building to be vacated by August 31, 2026.
Avrupakent Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) announced to KAP that it has initiated the sales process for the 'Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul' hotel operating in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul.
The decision regarding the sale of the 26-story hotel, which serves as a tourism-purpose aparthotel with 141 rooms and a bed capacity of 440, was announced to the public via KAP.
VALUE EXCEEDS 1.9 BILLION LIRAS
According to the real estate appraisal report shared by the company, the market value of the hotel excluding VAT was determined as 1 billion 615 million 950 thousand liras.
With VAT included, the total value reached 1 billion 939 million 140 thousand liras.
LEASE AGREEMENT TERMINATED
It was announced that, to facilitate a smooth sales process, the lease agreement signed with the hotel's current operator, Pantur Hotel Management, was mutually terminated as of June 30, 2026.
DEADLINE UNTIL AUGUST 31 FOR THE OPERATOR
To ensure complete delivery to the new buyer, the current operating company was granted until August 31, 2026, to fully vacate the building.
With the announcement made to KAP, the sales process for Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul, one of Istanbul's significant accommodation facilities, has officially commenced.
