It has been learned that 41-year-old Coşkun Ulubaş, who lost his life along with barber Recep Teltik in an armed attack on a barbershop in the Gölmarmara district of Manisa, went to get a shave after completing the grape harvest on the day of the incident. It was determined that the attacker and Teltik were childhood friends, and a feud had arisen between them after their wives argued over buying bread.

The details of the incident in which V.C.B. came to a barber shop on Atatürk Mahallesi, Başöğretmen Sabri Bulut Caddesi, on August 23 and killed barber Recep Teltik (33) and Coşkun Ulubaş, who was getting a shave, with a gun have been revealed.

THE BREAD DISPUTE BETWEEN THEIR WIVES ENDED IN MURDER

It was learned that Ulubaş, who made his living from grape production, went to the barber after completing the harvest on the day of the incident, and that he had three children aged 18, 16, and 6. It was also stated that Ulubaş was making preparations for his 6-year-old son's circumcision ceremony planned for October.

It was claimed that V.C.B. and Teltik's wife argued at a public bread distribution point about buying bread, and that this led to a feud between Teltik and V.C.B.

HE LOST HIS LIFE WHILE GETTING A SHAVE

An eyewitness, who said there were 4 people in the barber shop during the incident, stated that V.C.B. arrived in front of the workplace in his car, entered the shop with an automatic shotgun, and fired at Teltik, during which Ulubaş was also hit.

It was noted that Teltik, a father of two, and V.C.B. grew up in the same neighborhood and had known each other since childhood.

On the other hand, it was learned that V.C.B. had a criminal record for a previous incident in which he shot and wounded the husband of a woman he had argued with at his workplace, using a pump-action shotgun. It was stated that after the incident, V.C.B. went to the police station and surrendered, and was arrested by the judge he was brought before.
