They pointed out the importance of immediately initiating negotiations to reach an agreement on the mechanisms for implementing the proposal and to address all elements of the plan.

The Foreign Ministers reiterated their joint determination to support efforts for the implementation of the proposal; to immediately end the war in Gaza; to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza, to prevent the displacement of Palestinians, to take no measures that threaten the safety and security of civilians, to release hostages, to ensure the return of the Palestinian Authority to Gaza, to reach a comprehensive agreement that guarantees the unification of Gaza and the West Bank; to establish a security mechanism that guarantees the safety of all parties and, in this context, to ensure Israel's complete withdrawal, to reconstruct Gaza, and to create a fair peace path based on a two-state solution.
