Journalist İsmail Küçükkaya's sad day: His 75-year-old mother lost her life by drowning in the sea.

Journalist and presenter İsmail Küçükkaya's mother, Halise Küçükkaya, drowned in the sea while on vacation in Antalya. It was observed that İsmail Küçükkaya had difficulty standing and could not control his tears while his mother's body was being taken.

THEY WENT ON VACATION AS A FAMILY

The incident occurred around 09:30 in a 5-star hotel in Kundu tourism resort in Güzeloba neighborhood of Muratpaşa district. Halk TV presenter İsmail Küçükkaya, his mother Halise Küçükkaya, and his brother went to the hotel's beach for a vacation and went into the sea.

THE LIFEGUARD IMMEDIATELY INTERVENED

The lifeguard of the hotel, who saw Halise Küçükkaya struggling in the water for a while, immediately intervened and brought her to the shore. The health personnel of the hotel intervened in Halise Küçükkaya. However, despite all efforts, Küçükkaya could not be saved.

THE EXACT CAUSE OF DEATH WILL BE REVEALED IN THE AUTOPSY

Upon the notification, police teams were dispatched to the hotel. After the work of the Criminal Bureau of the Public Security Branch Directorate and the Crime Scene Investigation teams, Küçükkaya's body was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue to determine the exact cause of death.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATIONS INDICATE A HEART ATTACK

In the initial examination conducted at the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue, it was determined that Halise Küçükkaya had a heart attack and drowned in the sea. Küçükkaya's body, whose procedures were completed at the morgue, was handed over to her son İsmail Küçükkaya.

HE SHED TEARS AFTER HIS MOTHER

It was observed that İsmail Küçükkaya had difficulty standing and cried while receiving his mother's body at the morgue.

THE FUNERAL WAS SENT TO HER HOMETOWN FOR BURIAL

Halise Küçükkaya's body was sent to her hometown, Simav district of Kütahya, for burial. It was reported that Küçükkaya will be buried tomorrow at noon.
