In Istanbul, Şükriye Avcı, the wife of Oğuz Murat Aci, who lost his life due to a collision with a vehicle driven by Timur Cihantimur without a license, stated, "Our material and moral damages have been compensated," and withdrew her complaint against the Cihantimur family and Eylem Tok. Oğuz Murat Aci's father, Özer Aci, said, "I am continuing with my case; I have not withdrawn from my lawsuit."

On March 1, 2024, in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, one of the three ATVs in motion broke down. While the broken-down vehicle was being repaired on the roadside, one of the two vehicles moving in the same direction crashed into the three ATVs, resulting in injuries to five people, including Oğuz Murat Aci, who lost his life. It was determined that the 17-year-old driver Timur Cihantimur, who caused the accident, left the scene with his mother Eylem Tok in her vehicle and traveled first to Egypt and then to the USA.
