A new career opportunity is opening up for judges and prosecutors, who are important parts of the legal system. This week, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) will continue discussions on the proposal for the Turkish Justice Academy Law and will also address the proposal regarding the pathways for judges and prosecutors to become faculty members.
The Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) will discuss important regulations throughout the new week. One of these is expected to be the academic career opportunities for judges and prosecutors, which will be addressed in the General Assembly.
The General Assembly will also continue its work on legislative proposals in its weekly program and will proceed with the discussions on the Turkey Justice Academy Law Proposal, the first 10 articles of which have been accepted. According to the proposal, judges and prosecutors who have completed 8 years in the profession can be appointed to the Turkey Justice Academy by the Minister of Justice to serve as faculty members.
THEY WILL RECEIVE FREE EDUCATION
A Law Research Center will be established within the Academy. Additionally, an Education Board consisting of 18 members will determine the training programs. Training and education programs for assistant judges and prosecutors, as well as judges and prosecutors, will be free of charge.
