Following the "absolute nullity" decision in the case regarding CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was appointed to the position of general chairman, made his first statements that dominated the political agenda.
TGRT News Ankara Representative Fatih Atik announced that he met with Kılıçdaroğlu and shared a photo taken together on his social media account. According to Atik, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that a disciplinary process would be initiated within the party and that they would part ways with some names.

According to the claim, the process will not start immediately. It was stated that a commission would first be established to prepare a report on individuals, actions, and allegations, and then the disciplinary mechanism would be activated.
It was reported that Kılıçdaroğlu said during the meeting, "The Republican People's Party has the power and historical experience to overcome all these difficulties. Those who pick fights and support divisions have no place under this sacred roof. Our march to power has begun. We will purify, we will win." Atik also claimed that the situation of arrested Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu could be evaluated in the planned process.
ÖZGÜR ÖZEL CLAIM
Fatih Atik also brought up a striking claim regarding Özgür Özel's "Group Chairman" title in Parliament.
According to the allegation, it was claimed that the Parliament Presidency communicated that Özel's group chairmanship title was invalid following the court's "absolute nullity" decision. It was alleged that an official letter would be sent to Parliament after the holiday and that Özgür Özel's title in the Parliament system would be removed.
