Kimse Yok Mu In Nepal To Extend Help To Quake Victims

Volunteers from the Turkish aid organization Kimse Yok Mu (Is Anybody There) went to Nepal which was shaken with a magnitude 7.8 earthquake at the weekend to extend help to earthquake victims. An official from the Kimse Yok Mu, İsmail Büyükay stated that they have provided food assistance to around 5,000.

Volunteers from the Turkish aid organization Kimse Yok Mu (Is Anybody There) went to Nepal which was shaken with a magnitude 7.8 earthquake at the weekend to extend help to earthquake victims.

An official from the Kimse Yok Mu, İsmail Büyükay stated that they have provided food assistance to around 5,000 people in the last three days. Apart from delivering aid material, the volunteers also took part in search and rescue efforts in the country.

Büyükay called on people to support them in their efforts saying that tent, quilt and basic food material is mostly needed in the earthquake-hit area.
