A petition has been submitted regarding Aydın Erdem, the Chairman of Konda Research and Consultancy Company, who is alleged to have cheated on his wife with actress Dolunay Soysert. The petition states that Erdem lived with Dolunay Soysert, went on vacation with her, and shifted the expenses of the house and children onto his wife for years. It is noted that the marriage ended due to Erdem's severe fault, and a compensation of 50 million TL for both material and moral damages is requested.
The Chairman of Konda Research and Consulting Company, Aydın Erdem, is alleged to have cheated on his wife with actress Dolunay Soysert. His wife, Beyhan T., requested 50 million TL in compensation in a petition submitted to the Istanbul 4th Family Court.
"MY HUSBAND IS LIVING WITH DOLUNAY SOYSERT"
A petition was submitted to the Istanbul 4th Family Court regarding Aydın Erdem, who is alleged to have cheated on his wife Beyhan T. with actress Dolunay Soysert. In the petition submitted through Beyhan T.'s lawyer, Ahmet Cidecioğlu, it was stated that the defendant Aydın Erdem and the plaintiff Beyhan T. got married in 2006 and have two children.
The petition also stated that Aydın Erdem cheated on his wife Beyhan T. during their marriage, with the last infidelity occurring with actress Dolunay Soysert. The petition included the statement, "Currently, the defendant is living with a woman named Dolunay Soysert in a house located in Arnavutköy that belongs to her."
"HE SPENT THE HOUSEHOLD ALLOWANCE WITH HIS FAMOUS GIRLFRIEND"
It was noted in the petition that Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert not only lived in the same house but also traveled together many times both domestically and internationally, staying in the same hotel, which violated the obligation of fidelity within the marriage. The petition stated, "The defendant Aydın Erdem has indicated that he will be on vacation between August 4 and 13. When asked about the needs of the family home and the joint children's needs, he shared a photo from South France with a drink in hand, saying, 'I will not send money, I am on vacation, you solve the issues,' thus spending the household allowance with his famous girlfriend and preventing my client."
The petition also mentioned that if a call detail record investigation is conducted, it would reveal that Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert were in the same place. It was stated in the petition that Aydın Erdem violated his obligation of fidelity within the marriage by living with Dolunay Soysert, going on vacations together, and shifting the expenses of the house and the joint children onto his wife Beyhan T. for years.
REQUEST FOR 50 MILLION TL COMPENSATION
It was requested in the petition that the shared residence located in Beşiktaş be allocated to Beyhan T. and the children during the lawsuit process so that she can live with her children, and that custody of the children be granted to the mother. It was also requested that 50 million TL in material and moral compensation be paid to Beyhan T. for the emotional distress and traumas she has experienced due to Aydın Erdem's actions.
