BANNED IN 2006

The Bishkek Pervomay Court banned the activities of the Taliban within the country on September 15, 2006, considering it a terrorist organization. The banned organization list includes Al-Qaeda, the East Turkestan Islamic Movement, the Kurdish People's Congress (Kongra-Gel), the East Turkestan Liberation Organization, and the Hizbut-Tahrir-Al-Islam movements.
