After 65-year-old Rabia Bozkurt died in Malatya, her 36-year-old son Mehmet Bozkurt, who lived in Antalya, also lost his life after suffering a heart attack while making preparations to go to his mother's funeral. Mother and son were buried in the same neighborhood.
HE COULD NOT BEAR HIS MOTHER'S PAIN
Rabia Bozkurt (65), the wife of Yücel Bozkurt, who lived in Sarıhacı Neighborhood of Akçadağ district, was checked by her relatives when she did not wake up in the morning. For the woman, who was noticed not to be breathing, 112 Emergency Call Center was notified. In the check made by medical teams who came to the scene, it was determined that Rabia Bozkurt had died. The woman's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy. Mehmet Bozkurt (36), a father of 3 children living in Antalya, who received the news of his mother's death and was making preparations to come to Malatya, suffered a heart attack at his home. Mehmet Bozkurt, who was taken to the hospital, could not be saved despite the interventions.
