SHE FELL ILL AT HOME, COULD NOT BE SAVED
The incident occurred in the Belek neighborhood. Gamze Tüzin, who worked at a dental clinic in Antalya, called the 112 Emergency Call Center and asked for help when she fell ill at home. Upon the report, medical, fire brigade, and police teams were dispatched to the address. The teams broke down the locked door and entered, finding Tüzin motionless. Tüzin, who was taken to Serik State Hospital after the medical team's intervention, could not be saved. The lifeless body of Gamze Tüzin, who had a heart condition, was sent to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death.
HER 20 CATS WERE LEFT WITHOUT AN OWNER
The death of Tüzin, who was learned to live with 20 cats in her home, saddened her relatives and neighbors. The cats in the home were taken under protection by teams from the Serik Municipality Municipal Police Directorate and Veterinary Unit. The cats were taken to the municipality's animal shelter to ensure their care and supervision.
