NOW TV's ambitious series "Sevdam Karadeniz," filmed in Trabzon, hit rock bottom in its third episode, falling to a rating of 0.79 in the AB group; it was announced that the production, having succumbed to the ratings, will make its finale with its fourth episode on the evening of Monday, November 2.
The new NOW series "Sevdam Karadeniz," produced by Mia Yapım, starring Meltem Akçöl and Erdem Adilce and filmed in Trabzon, is ending its screen adventure. The production, which started the season with great hopes and ambitious claims, failed to achieve the expected success in the ratings and decided to go to the finale.
HOPES WERE EXHAUSTED IN EPISODE 3
After the ratings fell last week, this week's results were decisive for the series, which had come to the agenda with the possibility of an early finale. The production, which exhausted hopes with its 3rd episode aired, fell to 23rd place with a 1.25 rating in the Total category, to 30th place with a 0.79 rating in the AB group, and to 27th place with a 1.01 rating in the ABC1 group.
IT SAW A ZERO RATING LEVEL
Losing 0.59 points in Total, 0.25 in AB, and 0.57 in ABC1 compared to the previous week, "Sevdam Karadeniz" dropped below the 1 threshold in the AB group and fell to a zero rating level. This severe loss of blood completely pulled the plug on the series.
THE FINALE DATE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
According to the final decision, "Sevdam Karadeniz" will bid farewell to its viewers with its 4th episode, which will air on Monday evening, November 2. The series' decision to have an early finale also resonated widely on social media. Viewers who did not want the production to end reacted to the decision with comments such as "Give it one more chance," "It's too early to make a rating calculation," and "Don't let it be the finale."
