TOKİ will put 725 plots located in 61 provinces up for sale by auction on November 5-6, 2026. In the sales, where prices start at 400 thousand lira, a 20% or 25% down payment and a 48-month installment option will be offered for certain properties. While a 15% discount is applied for cash payment on some plots, the auctions can be attended from Ankara and Istanbul or online.
The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, is putting 725 plots of land in 61 provinces across Turkey up for sale. In the auction, where starting prices have been set at 400,000 lira, buyers will be offered a 20 percent or 25 percent down payment and maturities of up to 48 months.
725 PLOTS OF LAND IN 61 PROVINCES UP FOR SALE
TOKİ will offer a total of 725 properties with different usage areas for sale through an auction to be held on November 5-6, 2026.
The total estimated value on installment terms of the plots, covering an area of approximately 3 million 450 thousand 367 square meters, was announced as 29 billion 146 million 300 thousand lira.
Among the properties offered for sale are plots that can be used for housing, commerce, tourism, education, agriculture, industry, sports, storage, logistics facilities, fuel stations, and recreation areas. Properties characterized as urban work, afforestation, and unplanned areas are also on the sales list.
20 PERCENT DOWN PAYMENT AND 48-MONTH INSTALLMENT OPTION
Different payment options will be offered to those who want to own land. For the designated properties, 20 percent or 25 percent of the sale price will be paid in cash, and the remaining amount can be paid in installments over 48 months.
Some plots will be sold for cash only. For certain properties within the scope of installment sales, buyers who wish to make an upfront payment will receive a 15 percent discount.
The plots eligible for the discount will be determined according to the payment terms in the sales list.
AUCTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 5-6
The auction TOKİ will organize for land sales will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, and Friday, November 6.
The tenders will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ankara and the TOKİ Halkalı Service Building in Istanbul. Buyers will also be able to participate in the auction online.
