19.09.2024 23:50

Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, being informed just one hour before his speech at the CHP's Statute Congress, denied the claims that he would resign from the party in clear terms. Speaking about the candidacy, Yavaş stated, "All the issues currently being discussed, especially the candidacy, will be addressed and discussed when the time comes."

The Mayor of Ankara, Mansur Yavaş, who clearly denied the allegations of resigning from the CHP, said, "The issue of candidacy, among other topics currently being discussed, will be talked about when the time comes."

MANSUR YAVAŞ DENIES RESIGNATION ALLEGATIONS

Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş, when he expressed his grievances on stage after being informed just one hour before his speech at the CHP's Statute Congress, the allegations also came along. It was claimed that Yavaş would resign from the CHP.

Speaking to Fevzi Çakır from Habertürk, Mansur Yavaş denied the resignation allegations. Yavaş stated: "Recently, I see that we are constantly the subject of baseless news, columns, and comments under the guise of backstage information. I am the subject of many unfounded claims such as 'Yavaş will leave his party. He will run as a candidate from another party. He is in talks with different political parties.'

"THE CANDIDACY ISSUE WILL BE DISCUSSED WHEN THE TIME COMES"

However, the truths have no relation whatsoever to what is written and narrated there. The issue of candidacy, among other topics currently being discussed, will be talked about when the time comes. However, I am now looking for bad intentions in the fact that these unfounded claims are constantly brought to the agenda by the same individuals under the guise of backstage information. I will not be an instrument of dirty politics."
