In Şişli, an argument between a market employee who illegally moved a motorcycle and the vehicle owner turned into a fight. The market employee, who stabbed the vehicle owner in the leg after the owner threw punches, was taken into custody; the moment of the fight was captured on security camera.
A dispute broke out in Istanbul's Şişli district between market employee Aslan B. (39) and vehicle owner Mevlütcan S. (33) after the motorcycle parked in front of the workplace was moved without permission. As the argument turned into a fistfight, Aslan B. injured Mevlütcan S. in the leg with a knife he retrieved from the workplace after being punched in the face. The fight was captured on security camera, and Aslan B., who was taken into custody, was referred to the courthouse.
HE MOVED IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE OWNER
The incident occurred yesterday around 13:45 in the Feriköy neighborhood. According to the information obtained, Mevlütcan S. parked his motorcycle with license plate 34 MZS 063 in front of the market the previous evening and went home. The next morning, market employee Aslan B., claiming the motorcycle blocked the area where he needed to unload goods, moved it to another spot without notifying the owner.
The attacker, market employee Aslan B., was found to have 10 previous records with the police. HE BOTH MOVED THE MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT PERMISSION AND STABBED HIM A short while later, Mevlütcan S. arrived at the workplace and, not seeing his motorcycle, asked Aslan B. why he had moved the vehicle without permission. When the market employee said he had moved the motorcycle to unload goods, an argument broke out between them. As the argument turned into a fight, Mevlütcan S. punched Aslan B. in the face. In response, Aslan B. went into the workplace, came out with a knife, and injured Mevlütcan S. in the leg.
THE ATTACKER ALSO HAD A LONG CRIMINAL RECORD Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured Mevlütcan S. was taken to Okmeydanı Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital. Aslan B., who was punched in the fight, was taken to Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in Seyrantepe. The knife used in the incident was seized. Police kept the two suspects, who were receiving treatment at the hospital, under observation for a while. During checks, it was learned that Mevlütcan S. had 1 record with the police, while Aslan B. had 10.
THE FIGHT CAPTURED ON CAMERA After their treatment, the two suspects were taken into custody and brought to the police station. Mevlütcan S., whose statement was taken, was released by the prosecutor's order. Aslan B., after police procedures, was referred to the courthouse on charges of 'Intentional injury'. The moments of the fight and stabbing were captured on the workplace's security camera.
